Each piece in the Flora edit is one of a kind. We describe condition as accurately as possible. By purchasing, you acknowledge the vintage nature of the item and accept our returns policy as stated.
Pricing
All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before fulfilling.
Availability
Inventory is live and reflects current stock. In the rare event that an item sells in-store simultaneously with an online order, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, copy, and design on this site are the property of Flora Vintage. Please do not reproduce without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Flora Vintage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of items. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
