Shipping

For shipments sent within the United States - All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking.

Standard shipping is $10 per order. Orders over $150 ship free.

For International orders: Shipping charges for orders outside the United States will be calculated after purchase and billed at the actual rate quoted by the carrier.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Packaging

All Flora pieces are always packed with care. Fragile items — ceramics, glass, jewelry — are double-boxed.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder or write to us at hello@floravintage.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the piece immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

For packages marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
